What Software do you use for your Design Services?

I create all of my branding for my clients in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, and most logos are Vector based files.


Do you offer wholesale?

All of my physical products are available for wholesale world wide. If you are a retailer interested in wholesale please contact me on info@billiehardy.com.au

Do you License your artwork?

If your company would like to discuss  licensing any artwork please contact info@billiehardy.com.au


Do you do Custom Drawing and Commission Work?

Unfortunately I do not create custom drawings, including family or pet portraits. I do however take requests for alternate sizes of my current designs. If you would like to request other sizes that are not available in my store please email me at info@billiehardy.com.au or contact me via the contact page.

how do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Customer swill receive an email with an order number once the order is successfully placed. The email will have all the details related to the order.


do you offer promo codes?

BILLIE HARDY CREATIVE occasionally send out emails with coupon codes and special offers or Free Shipping for subscribers. We also post promos and coupons on Instagram and Facebook. 


How long will it take to receive my Print/Cards?

From time of posting the shipping time frames via standard  Australia Post are as follows: Within Australia - 7-10 Days, Worldwide - 10-21 Days. Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays, within the destination country, these times may vary slightly and are a guide only. If you have not received your item within this time frame please contact me on info@billiehardy.com.au
International orders are posted via Standard International Airmail with tracking where applicable.
Postage is charged at a flat rate depending on location.
Please email prior to payment to arrange express or insured mail.
Please also note that I cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges.
